Tomball, TX. based Auction Company is searching for an Operations Assistant. This individual will be responsible for the daily operations concerning the online auction division.
Duties & Responsibilities:
*Entering Data into the Online Auction platform accurately and finalized prior to the scheduled auction event.
*Communicating with the consignors to ensure that all informational detail is accurate and finalized prior to the scheduled auction.
*Customer Service Experience must range from one-on-one interaction, phone, email support, and via live chat.
*Customer payment support and training one-on-one and through online auction platform.
Skills Required:
* Typing 40 WPM or Higher
*Associate degree or some Higher Education Considered
*Must have 2+ years of Data Entry experience.
*Must be proficient in all Microsoft Applications, Specifically Excel, Word, and Office 365 Outlook.
*Must have 2+ years experience with customer service.
*Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multitask.
*Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
*Ability to work independently.
*Time Management Skills
*Proofreader
*Cashiering Skills
*Bilingual a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
