Job description

What you’ll do…
For this position, you will be available for patients when office team members are not, which will expand our availability for our patients and allow us to continue building relationships. This role will work as an extension of our front desk, supporting all offices in every state, and will provide assistance in any area that makes sense to current company priorities. You will provide expert guidance pertaining to financing options, insurance related questions, remaining balances, treatment plans, referrals and patient history. Anyone who accepts this role will be committed to providing an excellent experience for all patients and team members, keeping focused on current company priorities.
What you’ll bring to the team…

  • Add new and existing patient inquiries
  • Schedule/reschedule requests from patients
  • Maintains strict compliance with Federal, State and other regulations (OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Company policies & procedures)
  • Handle 50-70 inbound/outbound interactions daily in a fast paced environment
  • Work with schedule building tools to follow up with patients
  • Continue patient education on why treatment is needed to increase treatment plan acceptance
  • Increase patient and office satisfaction with the services provided daily
  • Improve collaboration and efficient communication between offices and headquarters
  • Partner with Patient Services to efficiently triage, escalate or resolve patient or office issues.
What we require you have…
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or dental practice
  • High energy professional, multi-tasking, adaptability, strong communication skills, robust problem solving skills, ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to work independently and professional in a fast-paced environment while providing an exceptional patient experience
  • Have superior customer service skills. Dental Experience required
  • Ability to navigate Microsoft Office and Healthcare Practice Management systems preferred
