Monteverde's facility is five miles from downtown Pittsburgh in Crafton, Pennsylvania. Centrally located for complete distribution efficiency, our facility offers convenient access to all major arteries connecting downtown Pittsburgh and the Greater Pittsburgh region.
Opportunity to execute and improve the following areas:
- Supervise and mentor warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Maintain inventory records and make sure that all products are accounted for
- Working supervisor will also pull and load orders on truck
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP’S) for warehouse processes
- Dispatch drivers; oversee the equipment check in/out processes including keys, and Samsara equipment
- Manage the electric pallet jacks, forklift and heister to assure they are being maintained properly and issues with the equipment are reported and fixed
- Collaborate regularly with the Sales and Transportation teams to manage order change requests, delivery time change requests, and delivery fulfillment.

- 2+ years of Warehouse experience with at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory capacity
- Transportation or Warehousing experience in the Food industry a plus
- Must be able to read, speak, write and understand English (Bilingual a plus)
- Electric pallet jack experience required
- Proficient PC skills in CRM and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems- Produce Pro, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), and common E Mail systems
Physical Demands:
- Stand or walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Work in cold and wet cooler environment for extended periods of time
Schedule:
- 2nd Shift (Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday)
- Schedule: 3:00pm – 12:00am
- 38 – 48 hours per week
Compensation:
- $42,000 - $49,000 (Average Annual Earnings Range)
