Operations Supervisor

We are seeking our next Operations Supervisor to provide support and leadership while maintaining high-quality services within the filling department. The Supervisor will assist with day-to-day workflow by maintaining operational excellence while being an integral part of the Operational (Filling) Leadership team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the operational filling team to better performance and efficiency
• Become an expert at filling prescriptions and e-commerce orders
• Work directly with the pharmacy operations manager to achieve department goals
• Collect data and metrics of the team
• Maintain timecards and attendance records along with managing daily activity schedules for the team
• Assist in interviewing, onboarding, and orientation/training of new hires
• Lead by example and motivate the team to achieve performance goals
• Meet with technicians to discuss individual performance/goals which include monthly 1:1s, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans as needed.
• Collaborate with other company team members to ensure good communication and working relationships between departments
• Demonstrate a sense of appropriate urgency and critical thinking to resolve problems or process improvements successfully

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership role, directly leading a team of people
• Experience onboarding, training, and other various supervisor functions including disciplinary actions
• Ability to identify workflow issues and resolve them with the help of the pharmacy operations manager (critical thinking and problem solving)
• Strong people management skills
• Pharmacy experience is a plus but not required
• Schedule: Monday through Friday 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM

• Pay = $49,920 -$54,080 annual salary ($24-$26/hr)
