Job Summary:
As an integral member of the Access Self Storage team in the Management function, the role of Operations Manager is crucial to the success of our organization. Your mission is to ensure exceptional customer service, maintain top-notch facilities, and keep our business operations running smoothly. Responsibilities:
_ Operational Management:_
Spearhead the oversight of multiple self-storage facilities, ensuring each adheres to company standards and policies.
Proactively address operational challenges and implement solutions for enhanced efficiency.
_ Financial Performance:_
Drive revenue growth through strategic management of rental rates, discounts, Tenant Insurance Plan, and other initiatives.
Monitor and analyze financial metrics, providing recommendations for improved performance.
Develop and manage budgets for each facility within the region.
Team Leadership:
Lead the recruitment, training, and development of facility managers and staff.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, ensuring high levels of customer service.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement improvement plans as needed.
_ Customer Relations:_
Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Swiftly address and resolve customer concerns, maintaining a positive customer experience.
Implement strategies to enhance customer relationships and loyalty.
_ Strategic Alignment:_
Stay abreast of market trends, competition, and customer preferences.
Conduct regular market analyses to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic adjustments.
Qualifications:
5+ years of multi-unit operations experience in one or more of the following: retail, self-storage, restaurant, hotel, leasing, rental, or other customer service operation with responsibility for operating 5+ stores.
Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness and ability to travel as required.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
