Healthcare Operations Manager - Data Analytics

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Manager to join our team. As an Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the analytics operations and driving data-driven insights to support business decisions. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Operational Oversight:

• Manage and optimize the entire operational workflow, utilizing Data Analytics to drive informed decision-making from design to production and distribution of orthotic and prosthetic devices.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Data-Driven Process Optimization:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement through the analysis of operational data.
• Implement strategic initiatives informed by Data Analytics to enhance operational efficiency.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with design, production, and distribution teams, fostering a collaborative environment that integrates data-driven insights into decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance overall operational effectiveness.

Project Leadership:

• Take charge of key projects related to specific initiatives, utilizing Data Analytics to guide project planning and execution.

Quality Assurance and Analytics:

• Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance measures using data-driven approaches.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments, leveraging analytics to ensure continuous improvement.

Adaptability:

• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in Data Analytics, proactively integrating new methodologies to meet evolving demands.

Education, Skills & Experience:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Operations Management, Analytics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization through Microsoft Excel
• At least 3 years of experience in Healthcare Operations, with a strong emphasis on Data Analytics, orthotic & prosthetic field a plus.
• Proven expertise in data-driven process optimization and project leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be highly detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting at a computer/desk for long periods of time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
