Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Analytics Manager to join our team. As an Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the analytics operations and driving data-driven insights to support business decisions. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Operational Oversight:
- Manage and optimize the entire operational workflow, utilizing Data Analytics to drive informed decision-making from design to production and distribution of orthotic and prosthetic devices.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Data-Driven Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through the analysis of operational data.
- Implement strategic initiatives informed by Data Analytics to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with design, production, and distribution teams, fostering a collaborative environment that integrates data-driven insights into decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance overall operational effectiveness.
Project Leadership:
- Take charge of key projects related to specific initiatives, utilizing Data Analytics to guide project planning and execution.
Quality Assurance and Analytics:
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance measures using data-driven approaches.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments, leveraging analytics to ensure continuous improvement.
Adaptability:
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in Data Analytics, proactively integrating new methodologies to meet evolving demands.
Education, Skills & Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Operations Management, Analytics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Proficient in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization through Microsoft Excel
- At least 3 years of experience in Healthcare Operations, with a strong emphasis on Data Analytics, orthotic & prosthetic field a plus.
- Proven expertise in data-driven process optimization and project leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be highly detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

- Sitting at a computer/desk for long periods of time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
