Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and drive efficiency across our growing company. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscaping maintenance, estimating projects, customer service, and implementing new procedures. This role offers the opportunity for career advancement and increased compensation as we continue to expand, including potential profit sharing based on company profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, client communications, equipment maintenance, and inventory management.
- Manage up to 2 maintenance crews and 4 lawn mowing crews, with up to 16 direct reports.
- Conduct daily and weekly operations meetings with crews and senior leadership to discuss changes and implement new procedures.
- Bring innovative ideas to improve processes and implement new standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Estimate landscaping projects and communicate effectively with customers in person and over the phone.
- Procure materials for upcoming landscaping jobs and manage onsite materials storage.
- Coordinate deliveries of bulk materials and ensure accuracy of material deliveries.
- Perform minor equipment repairs and maintain stock of necessary supplies.
- Ensure quality control standards are met on all projects.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary starting between $60,000 and $70,000 per year, based on experience level.
- 10 days of paid time off (PTO) available immediately upon hire.
- Profit share at the end of the year based on company profitability.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in landscaping or related field required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Knowledge of inventory management principles.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
