Your role will be pivotal in establishing efficient processes, crafting effective communication strategies, training our staff, and providing expert solutions for computer-related challenges faced by our partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations/IT
- Offer technical support in Operations, including assistance with computer Warehouse Management system/Netsuite
- Develop and implement communication plans, staff training programs, and coaching on best practices.
- Address client issues through various channels such as phone, in-person visits, or electronic communication.
- Suggest enhancements in hardware and software based on partner feedback and technological advancements.
- Maintain a detailed log of customer issues and the solutions provided.
Qualifications:
Aptitude for problem Solving.
Good to Have Experience:
- Experience in Warehouse operations will be advantageous.
- Additional experience in IT, customer service, or similar fields is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to establish strong client relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- A positive, professional attitude and approach.
