Operations Manager

Organized, outgoing Operations Manager for established practice and growing team of Massage Therapists and Health Practitioners!

We are looking for a positive, upbeat, detail-oriented, professional person to manage and help grow a team of Massage Therapists, coordinate with clients and help with other administrative tasks.

Pro Body Therapy is an established therapeutic practice that started as a solo practice in Newport Beach over a decade ago that has grown due to demand. We are on a mission to help people feel and move better using advanced personalized methods of manual therapies, sports massage, training, exercises and lifestyle routines. We also run corporate wellness programs and events.

QUALIFICATIONS

● Genuinely enjoys helping others succeed
● Great, prompt communication via phone, text and email.
● Able to communicate the value of our services and explain the importance of health.

● Has organizational skills to help manage the staff and schedule

● Proficient with computers/smartphones and able to learn new software
● Basic understanding of healthcare practices, experience with Massage Therapy, Physical Therapy or fitness industries highly preferred but not required

RESPONSIBILITIES

●Help the business grow and run smoothly

● Scheduling clients
● Calling clients for follow ups.
● Managing office/event schedules.
● Checks-in with therapists to make sure they are happy and efficient

● Provide a weekly report
● Contacting prospective clients, affiliate businesses and therapists
● Sorting through new therapist resumes for new hires

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed
