Our premier Med Spa, specializing in waxing, sugaring, and laser hair removal, is seeking an Operations Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining our high standards of service and efficiency, ensuring we continue to provide exceptional experiences for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Payroll Management:** Handle all aspects of payroll, including timecard corrections, attendance audits, manual input into our payroll system, bonus determination, and final payroll execution.

- **Vendor and Property Management:** Serve as the main point of contact for property managers and vendors, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues or needs.

- **Employee Scheduling and HR:** Oversee the comprehensive scheduling of our dedicated staff, manage hiring, onboarding, terminations, and HR issues, all while ensuring compliance with CA laws and maintaining a positive work environment.

- **Inventory and Book Management:** Manage weekly and monthly inventory processes, including audits, purchase orders, and supply replenishment. Ensure the smooth flow of bookings and client appointments.

- **Client Relations:** Handle all client concerns and feedback, maintaining high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.

- **Financial and Analytical Tasks:** Oversee financial reports, manage budgets, and analyze performance data to guide strategic decisions.

- **Team Leadership:** Lead, motivate, and train our team, ensuring everyone is up-to-date with their training and aware of any updates or changes in policies.

- **Operational Excellence:** Continuously seek ways to improve processes and operations, including managing team meetings, updating policies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
