Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team!
Job Duties are including but not limited to:
- Scheduling and attending meetings with potential clients.
- Using excellent verbal, mathematical, and communication skills is a must.
- A thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products is essential.
- Ensuring that a positive image of the company is maintained by customers, employees, and the public.
- Ensuring that company assets are adequately protected.
- Managing company functions productively and efficiently as an organization maintaining high morale and safe working conditions for all employees.
- Authorizing purchase of materials and supplies as per the Contract and Procurement process.
- Estimating and Bid approval per the Procurement Process.
- Overseeing the coordination of document control: paper flow processes, records maintenance, and systems analysis for management and improvement areas in assigned region.
- Hiring employees as per the hiring policies.
- Promoting that company policies and procedures are strictly enforced correctly, fairly, and consistently.
- Ensuring that disciplinary action instances are handled in accordance with Company Policy and Procedure.
- Attending regular meetings with the Regional Director to discuss issues / areas needing improvement, and ways to achieve desired results. Perform any other duties in the best interest of the company, or as may be assigned by the Regional Director.
Experience Requirements: 5 Years of Management
Salary and Benefits: $105,000 DOE. with perks, bonuses, and benefits to be discussed during the interview process.
