Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee our team of 15 staff members and 600 clients. Legal Soft is a virtual staffing company that specializes in providing staffing solutions to law firms. We offer virtual assistants, paralegals, and other legal support staff to our clients, helping them reduce overhead costs and improve productivity. We also have partnerships with other companies and offer staffing solutions to their clients as well. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth by upselling services to current clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of 15 staff members, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with 600 current clients, ensuring excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues.
• Upsell additional services to current clients to increase revenue and business growth.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient processes and procedures are in place.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and improve service quality.
• Monitor and analyze operational data, using insights to make informed business decisions.
• Create and maintain reports, tracking key performance indicators and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the company.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing relevant changes as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager, managing teams and clients in a service-oriented industry.
• Experience in the legal industry or virtual staffing preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
• Strong analytical skills, able to use data to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and management skills, able to motivate and inspire team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
