We are seeking an Operations Intern on our Commerce team. This role is based in our NYC office.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including tracking inventory levels, conducting audits, and optimizing SKU Life Cycle processes.
- Help to gather and analyze data, and assist with system improvements
- Aid in ERP data input and providing general support to the team.
- Collaborate with warehouse team members when problems/issues are identified and support customer service team with resolutions
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the retail operations team.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Supply Chain Management).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Pay Rate: $16/hr
