POSITION SUMMARY
The Operations Finance Manager serves as the leader and driver of the company's financial operations, working closely with all departments to ensure that the company's goals are met and its bottom line is constantly improving. This position will focus on two main goals - Revenue & Operations Planning and Scorecard creation and tracking on a monthly basis. The Operations Finance Manager is responsible for leading our revenue and operations planning process from start to end.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Provide financial and analytical support to Executive team including consolidation of financial reports, financial analysis and other related financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate information to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various departments, including finance, revenue, and operations, to gather and compile revenue forecasts.
- Facilitate the revenue and operations planning process, owning meeting cadence, meeting actions, and execution of plans.
- Responsible for improving revenue forecast accuracy and labor adherence process, with a continuous improvement focus.
- Translate revenue forecasts into labor forecasts, considering factors such as productivity, staffing levels, and workload.
- Monitor and track actual revenue performance against the forecast, identifying discrepancies and adjusting the labor forecast accordingly.
- Identify and communicate potential risks or opportunities in the revenue and labor forecast to support effective decision-making.
- Define goals for each resort within our company and ensure they align with the company's overall objectives
- Monitor and track scorecard performance on a regular basis and provide updates to the scorecard category owners.
- Create and maintain scorecards for each area, tracking OKRs and metrics on a regular basis.
- Provide support and leadership for continuous process improvements to improve business profitability and efficiency. Provide essential bridge from finance and accounting to operational functions within the Company
Requirements
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Education: Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in resort operations or performance measurement.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Other Requirements: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and resort operations preferred.
- Knowledge, Sales and Marketing, and Rentals financials.
