- Promote a customer friendly atmosphere
- Arrange Air, Ocean, Truck bookings as requested by customers within worldwide
- Pro-actively track and trace freight movement and keep our customers updated.
- Work directly with warehouse and drivers to ensure our customers’ needs are followed through
- Action billing tasks within the company guidelines.
- Be responsive to other department and stations requests
- Make sure all work adhere to the company's policy standards
- Perform any other related duties
- Degree recommended, but not necessary
- Strong organizational skills.
- Team player with proven ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of Windows based programs including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and principals of CMS (Customer Management System).
- Strong communication skills - able to edit work for spelling and grammar, present numerical data effectively, read & interpret written information, good phone skills, is tactful and discrete in interactions.
- Valid driver’s license and passport recommended
