**This role requires an in office hybrid working schedule in Dallas, TX**
Role:
Aa a Client Operations Associate you are responsible for processing billing for advisory services provided to clients. This position will ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly and quarterly billing cycles and assist with other billing functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial transactions, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with advisors and internal team members.
Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):
- Ability to meet strict deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Responsible for specific billing runs; including custodian uploads, fee billing analysis, adjustment billing, etc
- Provide communication and support to advisors and internal stakeholders
- Troubleshoot issues resulting from advisor inquiries on client billing
- Daily interaction with advisors, vendors, and teammates to provide excellent customer service
- Assist and/or resolve account issues/problems with custodial firms
- Special projects as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of previous work experience in a similar position
- Strong interest in operational support with a high degree of ownership
- Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and ability to handle multiple competing tasks
- Adaptability to frequent change and ability to navigate ambiguity
- Willingness to learn, contribute to organizational growth
- Applies critical thinking, problem solving skills, and evaluates the level of sensitivity, risk and confidentiality of the work being performed in order to see it through to a resolution.
- Displays patience and empathy both verbally and in writing when communicating with advisors.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with and knowledge of standard operational aspects of wealth management client service (e.g., onboarding, ACATs, distributions) with custodians such as Charles Schwab, Fidelity, and Pershing
- Comprehensive knowledge of the financial industry
- Passion for creating increased efficiencies within current operational processes for the business and servicing clients
