Position Summary:
As a Product Development Associate on the Billing Product team, you will contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in Product Development, project management and process optimization to make a significant impact in daily operations supported by user research and stakeholder feedback; fueling the creation of innovative products and continuously improving existing offerings.
You will report into the Billing Product Development lead with responsibility for owning and executing against the strategic Billing and Pricing platform while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams that play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success. You will be actively engaged in the Billing and Pricing platform, which is in a critical delivery period for automation of Billing processes and upstream data.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partners with representatives from across the organization to gather and analyze information
- Provides support, analysis and documentation to enable successful stakeholder requirements
- Analyzes data to identify trends and opportunities and convert into recommendations for management
- Multi-tasks across several projects and work streams simultaneously
- Reports on team’s progress, success and failures in accurate, consistent and informative formats
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 2+ years of experience, within Securities industry, Custody and/or Accounting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Establishes relationship building with extensive co-ordination with the Sales, Product and Client Service teams.
- Self-starter exhibiting leadership skills, taking initiative and follow through while maintaining focus on business delivery
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong risk management and operational control focus
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Analytical skills with experience summarizing conclusions following large scale data analysis
- VBA skills a plus
