The Operations Services Utility Bill Pay Associate position presents an incredible opportunity to embark upon a career with ProStar Energy Solutions. This position reports directly to the Sr. Coordinator of Operations Services. The ideal candidate embodies a desire to learn, coupled with ownership in accurately completing assigned tasks, and works well in a team environment.
JOB DUTIES
Resolution of discrepancies with client Utility BillsPulling down e-bills from utility providersManaging email traffic associated with customers Utility Bills (incoming bills, notifications, payment receipts) and routing to appropriate personnelAuditing of online accounts to ensure meter and address accuracy with our online systemData entry of provider bills into CRM/Salesforce, ECAP for UBP, and other verticalsReview, package, and prepare a shipment of invoices to scanning companyContact utility providers for various requests for information and account updatesManage and distribute invoice files to data entry teamQUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED equivalent, required.Basic experience with Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrate strong organization and communication (written and verbal) skills coupled with a team-oriented, positive approachAbility to handle multiple tasks, prioritize goals, and be detail-orientedSelf-starter, interested in career growth opportunitiesDesire to be part of a team environmentABOUT PROSTAR ENERGY SOLUTIONS:
