Operations Associate
This position will serve as a jack-of-all-trades, right-hand person to the executive leadership team, working closely with the CEO and COO to ensure smooth operations and effective execution of company objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can seamlessly transition between high-level planning and hands-on execution across various functions within the organization. Although we are rapidly generating revenue, we are still a startup, which means that we all "take out the trash." Your responsibilities will include both high-level objectives and a variety of other tasks to chip in and keep the company on track.

Responsibilities
- Patient Experience & Communication: Manage initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty, including communicating with patients, addressing inquiries via email and social media, and ensuring a seamless and positive patient journey through proactive feedback gathering and implementation of improvements.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives, including market expansion, product development, and organizational growth plans.
- Billing Management: Oversee the entire patient billing system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in billing processes, resolving billing inquiries, and implementing strategies to streamline billing procedures.
- Operational Support: Manage day-to-day operations and streamline internal processes to enhance efficiency and productivity across all departments.
- Project Management: Oversee key projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration and communication among different personnel to promote synergy and alignment towards company objectives.
- Executive Support: Provide comprehensive support to the CEO and executive team, including calendar management, meeting preparation, and communication coordination.
- Human Resources: Support HR functions such as recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to derive actionable insights and prepare reports for senior management to inform decision-making processes.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to drive business growth and expansion opportunities.
- Special Projects: Take ownership of special projects as assigned by executive leadership, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field.

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment, is a plus.
