AddressOverview:
Fulfill requests for filing and retrieving loan folders and documents for Commercial, Consumer and Residential Mortgage loans.
Primary Responsibilities:
Receive and process incoming and outgoing loan folders, and/or documents in a timely and accurate manner.
Transport requested loan folders and/or documents to and from onsite business partners.
Track incoming and outgoing loan folders and/or documents electronically and/or manually.
Complete general level file room duties including numerical ordering and alphabetizing.
Operate handheld scanner equipment, inclusive of scanning and downloading data.
Provide loan folder and documentation support for loan acquisitions and transfers.
Adhere to the Company’s standards for confidentiality.
Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to Management.
Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite Statement.
Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
Complete other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year’s work experience
Minimum of an Associate’s degree
Organized
Detail oriented
Ability to adhere to required deadlines while maintaining accuracy
Self-motivated
Ability to manage work load
Content to work on repetitive tasks
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move 30-50 pounds
Ability to climb a ladder and/or stool to reach files
Ability to bend and reach ground level shelving
Ability to stand for long periods of time
M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.76 Hourly (USD). The successful candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
