Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth into a full-time position. This is a fully remote position with occasional offsite meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our staff
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Place phone calls to our potention event attendees and invite them
- Perform general data entry duties such as CRM administration, spreadsheets, google docs, etc.
- Maintain supplies needed for events and print badges
- Assist with updates and data entry tasks
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with proofreading and transcribing documents as needed
- Assist with organizing meetings and events
Skills:
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Google Workspace, sheets, docs, drive, Microsoft, word, excel, powerpoint, etc.. )
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
- Ability to proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
- Previous experience working in an administrative role is preferred
