Responsibilities

The Operations Analyst will collaborate and partner directly with the operations and finance teams, constantly seeking ways to improve processes and data reporting. In support of our data-driven approach, the Operations Analyst will develop and manage performance dashboards to deliver high-quality analysis providing actionable information to drive success. The Operations Analyst will provide analytical, financial, and strategic support across multiple operational areas, compiling business case development and plans that align with organizational priorities.

Essential Education, Experience and Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or other relevant major required

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in accounting, finance or operations

Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Pivot Tables, power querying, xlookup functions, and basic macro experience

Valued But Not Required Education, Experience and Skills:

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in accounting, finance or operations, previous experience with SQL, PowerBI, Microsoft Fabric
