What we need
We are looking for a motivated professional with a foundational understanding of IT and a desire to learn and support our automated scheduler software. This person will work closely with the Operations Analyst II to implement patches and upgrades, monitor for failures, and create documentation of operating procedures.

What youll do
- Installs the AppWorx automation tool on established servers with assistance from Operations analyst II
- Setup and support the processes co-owned by Item Processing and Operations
- Provides assistance for new product evaluations, implementations and system enhancements, upgrades, modifications, and for resolution of application issues and issues related to operational systems and processes with assistance
- Performs system maintenance and changes. Schedules and performs application related recurring password changes as required by COCC security policies with assistance from Operations Analyst II.
- Maintains and reviews tickets to ensure requests and issues are effectively resolved in a timely manner
- Reviews nightly and daily reports to ensure production, transmissions and backups completed successfully
- Test software upgrades before live implementation occurs with Operations Analyst II
- Provides support for off-hours production issues
- Assist the operations staff as needed
What youll bring
- Bachelors degree is preferred for this role but will consider appropriate work experience and/or relevant certifications
- Strong understanding of Windows Operating System
- Experience in a technical support or technical administration environment is a nice to have
- Experience working with an Automated Scheduling Tool (ex. CA7, ZEKE, Atomic, etc.) is a nice to have
The salary range for this position is $51,000 - $71,400 annually
