Position Summary:
The Operations Analyst assists in managing the procurement and purchasing of operations related items throughout the organization and provides operational data analysis to assist in strategic operational decision making.

Position Responsibilities:
- Assists in managing and auditing HCF's Procure Advantage products and processes.
- Ensures proper operational follow through, implementation, and use of new or changing products or services across the organization.
- Conducts preliminary contract review and/or negotiations with respect to products and services utilized across the organization.
- Works closely with the accounting team to help improve Procurement processes and ensure proper payment and billing occurs.
- Improves and expands the use of eProcurement and AP Automation solutions software, Procurement Partners.
- Develops purchasing formularies within Procurement Partners.
- Provides purchasing support to all HCF's divisions/locations.
- Conducts data analysis to identify and recommend operational opportunities to improve services and reduce costs related to varying products and services.
- Compiles information and maintains ongoing data to assist operations with ACO and other credentialing body requests for information.
- Develops an industry trends database to assist in operational decision making.
- Maintains and analyzes operational spreadsheets/quality scorecards.
- Analyzes and/or establishes systems for special operational projects.
- Conducts data and "what if" analyses of facility key operational metrics.
- Analyzes and maintains cost report data, trends, etc.
- Assumes responsibility for maintaining his/her professional competence.
- All other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor's Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or Accounting or related field preferred.
- Relevant work experience will be considered.
- Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to use pivot tables and other advanced Excel features.
- SQL knowledge a plus.
- Current, unrestricted driver's license required.
