As an Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our field service operations and managing assets efficiently. You will be responsible for field service routing, asset management, asset purchasing, inventory management, and customer account management.
Position Responsibilities

• Utilize software tools and data analysis to allocate resources effectively and meet service level agreements
• Coordinate and communicate with the field to provide clear instructions and support
• Track and manage company assets to ensure proper utilization and maintenance
• Manage and coordinate field service fleet.
• Develop and implement processes for asset tracking, monitoring, and replenishment
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast asset movements and purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of assets
• Research vendors, obtain quotes, and negotiate pricing and terms
• Oversee inventory levels and stock availability to support field service operations
• Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies and maintain accurate inventory records
• Implement inventory control measures to minimize losses, optimize storage space, and prevent stockouts
• Maintain thorough and accurate customer account records
• Conduct customer account billing reconciliations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Prior experience or internships in operations, logistics, or related fields is a plus.
• SAP, PowerBI, and Access experience is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and adaptable approach to challenges.
