Position Responsibilities
- Utilize software tools and data analysis to allocate resources effectively and meet service level agreements
- Coordinate and communicate with the field to provide clear instructions and support
- Track and manage company assets to ensure proper utilization and maintenance
- Manage and coordinate field service fleet.
- Develop and implement processes for asset tracking, monitoring, and replenishment
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast asset movements and purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of assets
- Research vendors, obtain quotes, and negotiate pricing and terms
- Oversee inventory levels and stock availability to support field service operations
- Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies and maintain accurate inventory records
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize losses, optimize storage space, and prevent stockouts
- Maintain thorough and accurate customer account records
- Conduct customer account billing reconciliations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Prior experience or internships in operations, logistics, or related fields is a plus.
- SAP, PowerBI, and Access experience is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and adaptable approach to challenges.
