Woolpert is looking for a high-energy, data and process driven Sales Ops Analyst to lead a variety of projects that support our Cloud Sales team with the goal of becoming more efficient and increasing sales. These projects include managing, maintaining and analyzing data, creating processes, and generating new opportunities for the sales team via actionable insight with data. A successful Sales Ops Analyst will ultimately make the sales team more efficient and help scale our business.Responsibilities:

Managing our Salesforce instance which includes updating data points, creating processes and flows, implementing key fields, and approving orders
Recommend compensation and incentive structures to leadership to maximize sales
Serve as a liaison between the sales team and billing department and their respective systems to create better and more efficient processes
Partner closely with Sales leadership to improve efficiency of the Sales Process and Organization
Produce analysis and provide actionable insights to optimize sales effectiveness
Formalize and document new metrics and reports to structure the knowledge across the business
Identify trends to focus sales efforts and increase sales output
Identify incentive programs with Google and clearly communicate to the Sales team to increase sales
Qualifications:Recommend compensation and incentive structures to leadership to maximize sales

3-5 years Sales Operations experience
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and other Microsoft Office tools. Experience in Google Workspace is a plus..
Extensive experience in BI tools including Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Strong analytical and technical skills
Experience with implementing and managing a variety of sales software tools
3-5 years Sales Operations experience
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and other Microsoft Office tools. Experience in Google Workspace is a plus..
