The Transportation/I-Trade Operations Analyst is responsible for coaching a subset of P&G’s third-party carriers/vendors. The Stewardship Operations Analyst will facilitate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and biannual leadership reviews with vendors, and owns the monthly carrier Key Performance Indicator gap process. This role also manages highly critical governance and internal control tasks for North America Transportation Operations (NATO) utilizing Digital system to ensure NATO is always audit ready. The Stewardship Operations Analyst is responsible for updating and analyzing site operating procedures (SOPs) and business continuity plans. The Stewardship Operations Analyst is responsible for communicating site updates and system issues timely to our carrier base. The person in this role must be detail oriented, must communicate clearly and timely, as well as be a self-starter who can manage projects independently on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Job Qualifications
Education:
- Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education, however, a two or four-year college degree or equivalent administrative experience is preferred.
Requirements (Skills / Experience) for the role:
Develop, maintain, and implement a carrier training program
Manage & Maintain a vendor performance assessment process that meets all internal controls requirements
Govern carrier performance improvement process
Partner with Operations to identify Key Performance Indicator gaps for carrier partners and implement action plans with carrier partners to improve including ownership of Tender Acceptance Compliance and Drop Compliance
Manage vendor communication process - portal, help desk, meetings
Maintain a carrier database and qualify new carriers
Manage vendor playbook/maintain P&G documented operational guidelines
Manage vendor Key Performance Indicators as per carrier performance process
Compile carrier scorecards and distribute.
Ensure that performance standards are included in vendor contracts and monitor performance accordingly.
Perform operational benchmarking activities with vendors and non-competes.

Starting Pay / Salary Range: $51,000-$70,800
