Royal Media is seeking a self-motivated and highly organized individual to join our business operations team. The role supports and reports directly to the Director of Operations.
Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with the Operations Director, creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Serve as client’s first point of contact for a variety of issues
- Manages and resolves customer service tickets using the CRM (HubSpot)
- Assists with breaking up projects into doable actions and set timeframes
- Monitors project progress and handles any issues that arise
- Communicates proactively with personnel to identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements
- Serves as a coordinator for onboarding with contracted IT provider helping to manage the IT budget, including the number of phone, email and Office 365 licenses in use.
- Serves as the administrator of TravelPerk (our travel expenses platform) insuring that employees have access to the system and assisting with travel bookings, as needed
- Completes supply orders for management and staff as needed
- Assists with booking co-work spaces for employees as needed
- Assists with payroll preparation by reviewing timesheets for hourly employees and verifying any discrepancies with managers
- Provides scheduling assistance for new hire onboarding schedules
- Provides clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Department
- Plans and organizes monthly virtual events or Happy Hours in collaboration with the Social Committee
- Creates and updates databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities/Priorities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office365, Word, Excel
- Familiarity with HubSpot, WordPress, and various Task Management platform is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Be comfortable working with a small corporate team
Education and Experience:
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s, Business Administration or similar field

Salary: $45-55k annually, with potential annual bonus
