Job Description: We are looking for a detailed oriented, self-motivated and disciplined team member to join our organization. The responsibilities for this remote position includes all administrative tasks completed on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for assigned properties.

Skills / Qualifications:

· Highly organized with the ability to think critically and apply previous experiences to resolve new challenges.

· Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously. This role requires flexibility and the ability to efficiently switch priorities as needed within the department.

· Preferred background experience in property management of 2-3 years.

· Strong computer skills with an emphasis in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook,) and Adobe Acrobat.

· Entrata software platform experience recommended.

Additional Functions:

· Communicate with third parties under the supervision of senior management.

· Knowledge of real estate laws and guidelines
