Job overview and responsibilities
- Interacts with the flight crew on board the AC to ensure compliance to flight ETD.
- International Flights: Inspect all outgoing flights for correct quantity and product.
- Establish and maintain par levels for products.
- Separate and distribute reports
- Log daily usages
- Generate check sheets from excel files
- Access web site for catering information and distribute as necessary
- Communicate updates via email
- Enter data into excel spreadsheets and generate reports
- Communicate with internal departments for any irregularities that occur.
- Review data for accuracy
- Generate all documents required
- Ensure productivity of department shift is met
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
- Strong reading and writing skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly within Excel, being able to create spreadsheets.
- Able to create memos, email grammatically correct and professional
- Ability to work with a diversified work force
- Excellent math skills
- Able to handle multiple assignments
- Planning and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills, problem solving and attention to detail and to quality
- Must work under stringent time deadlines
- Attendance requirements for current active and inactive employees:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be willing to work any shift in a 24/7 week, including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview
- High school diploma/General Educational Development (GED) or equivalent
- Knowledge of Inflight catering a big plus
