This is a full-time, permanent, salaried Direct Hire position that offers a comprehensive benefits package.
Job Duties:
- Execute trading and rebalancing process, including, but not limited to portfolio submission, trade allocation, assessment of client cash requirements.
- Setup and maintain accounts in proprietary systems.
- Resolve client service issues and requests from Wealth Managers and Clients.
- Serve as liaison between Wealth Managers and Clients as needed.
- Support Wealth Managers with a can-do attitude.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, hybrid position with 1 day in office per week.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in business, accounting, finance, economics or related field.
- Series 65 preferred, not required.
- 3+ years experience in the financial planning industry.
- Schwab and/or Fidelity platform experience preferred.
- Experience with Tamarac Reporting, Rebalancer and AdvisorEngine CRM software is a plus.
Pay: $70k - $90k salary range based upon experience
