DC Outreach Solutions specializes in mortgage and auto servicing. Our in-the-field agents provide a face-to-face outreach solution to help borrowers get back on track.
We are looking for an Operations Specialist who will manage our agents over assigned territory with assigning work, assessing situations, following up, confirming appointments, and determining the best options for our clients.
Daily Responsibilities
- Work with time-sensitive deadlines for work orders
- Main point of communication and act as the liaison between vendors and their work orders, and the agents onboarded.
- Training and building relationships with agents in our network.
- Coordinating work orders and appointments for agents.
- Assigning work orders to agents in our network.
- Managing vendors work orders.
- Calling and email vendors on the day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
· Basic excel and word required.
· Ability to pass background check.
· Thorough communication an organization skills.
