Duties:
- Performing quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems
- Checking and responding to security and safety issues
- Testing and recommending new maintenance products
- Coordinating deliveries from vendors and suppliers
- Keeping documents of inspections and problems
- Coordinating landscaping
- Coordinating pest control
- Ordering and keeping an inventory of cleaning and repair supplies
Required Qualifications and Experience at This Level:
- High school diploma or GED
- Bi-lingual required. English/Spanish preferred, multilingual a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong interpersonal and organizational management experience
- A commitment to humanitarian issues, particularly as related to refugees, and fostering a welcoming community
