Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Grapevine, TX. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
- The Operation Program Manager will manage and administer operations related to assigned key strategic accounts/customers.
- The position will ensure the work is carried out to the highest quality and operations run smoothly.
- The position will participate in internal review meetings and provide operation status updates to customers.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to overseeing the collection, analysis, and reporting of data, overseeing and leading teams to achieve business goals, and managing the development and execution of operational procedures.
- In addition, the position is responsible for developing and monitoring dashboards to measure business health and assist with planning, reporting, and budgeting.
- Hires and trains new employees.
- Fills out and sign Employee Change of Status Form
- Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of assigned teams.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and by company policy.

- Authorized to stop operations to prevent unsafe actions or conditions before an incident due to unsafe conditions.
- Stays in close communication with assigned accounts and acts as a liaison between customers and functional departments.
- Conducts and leads operation reviews internally and externally.
- Work directly with clients to update program status and ensure operation targets and milestone schedules are met.
- Proactively coach the team to manage and resolve customer issues.
- Responsible for managing policy deployment in the areas of operational excellence, lean manufacturing techniques, cost reduction, complete and on-time delivery, safety, customer satisfaction, employee relations, and account performance measures.
- Identifies, recommends, and implements changes to improve productivity and reduce cost and scrap, monitor scrap, and rework data.
- Directs the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of production standards.
- Creates customer-needed reports utilizing system data.
- Manages regular reviews of program milestones or KPI (key performance indicator) measurements.
- Manages internal relationships to provide communication of customer requirements and implementation of customer programs.
- Works closely with Production to deliver customer expectations and company profits.
- Performs and coordinates customer presentations, manages site visits at either customer or company locations as needed, and always maintains a professional image.
- Ensures internal/external awareness and alignment with senior management and cross-functional groups (Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, IT) through effective communications, team interaction, and developing a collaborative account team environment.
- Assists other functions to achieve company-wide continuous improvement initiatives efficiency, quality, TAT, and customer satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineer
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Operation Program management successfully delivering solutions, and electronic manufacturing-oriented organization.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an ICT-related industry, either at an OEM or ODM level.
