- BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2+ years of experience delivering lean six sigma business process improvements.
- 2+ years of experience with Excel advanced tools (pivots, lookups, etc.) or SQL
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and drive cross-functional productivity improvements for key business processes across procurement, finance, payments, trade, tax, and logistics operations to efficiently onboard new customers and services.
- Dive deep to uncover areas of opportunity, present written business recommendations, and lead global projects which deliver reduced service costs.
- Build and manage operating rhythms to simplify and automate business processes.
- Lead sourcing, procurement, and contract operations for global contract logistics and warehousing services.
- Establish annual financial plans and create operating rhythms to measure execution vs established targets.
- Manage supplier relationships including contractual negotiations, service performance, capability development.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $63,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $153,000/year in our highest geographic market.
