We’re looking for a Digital Media Buyer to join our growing marketing team that will help scale our marketing efforts across Paid Social, Native, and Display networks. Our dream candidates will have a passion for growth marketing, along with experience managing over $100k in monthly ad spend.

About You
Rise4 is looking for a numbers-driven Digital Media Buyer to manage direct response initiatives across paid social, display and native marketing platforms. Much of your time will be spent supporting the team in planning, creating, reporting, optimizing, testing and forecasting campaigns based on performance metrics such as CVR, CPA, and ROI.
The right candidate has a sharp, quantitative mind, obsessed with achieving profitability and scale. You spend your time brainstorming new marketing angles, on-page optimizations, ad copy and split tests. You’re an expert at Excel and data analysis. You'll bring expertise in managing large digital budgets to hit profitability targets. A successful candidate should be a direct-response marketing expert, highly analytical, and committed to making data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and analyze a portfolio of performance marketing campaigns across paid social, native, and display networks.
- Manage monthly budgets exceeding $300,000+ while aiming to increase ad spend and profit.
- Optimize campaign performance by leveraging differentiating optimization strategies across all networks, including tCPA and tROAS.
- Take the lead on tests and experimentation across ad platforms, bid & audience strategies, ad formats, creative and landing pages.
- Use data visualization tools like Excel and Tableau to analyze campaign performance and report to senior leadership.
Experience
- 2+ years experience scaling direct response performance marketing campaigns across marketing networks like Facebook, Instagram, Taboola, Outbrain, Google Display Network, TikTok, Snapchat, and Demand Side Platforms (DSPs).
- Firm knowledge of key metrics like CPC, CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS and how they are impacted by campaign adjustments, optimizations, and other variables.
- Strong Excel proficiency (pivot tables, vlookups, data manipulation).
- Creative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience writing engaging ad copy and leveraging data to iterate.
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ownership mentality and proven ability to get things done without dedicated resources or oversight.
Salary
We offer a base salary + monthly bonuses based on performance.

Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year
