Job Description:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and a strong understanding of how to leverage technology to improve operational efficiencies.
- LEAN Implementation: Champion LEAN continuous improvement methodologies, identifying areas for improvement, leading Kaizen events, and fostering a culture of efficiency and waste reduction.
- Bachelor's degree in operations management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Manufacturing: 5 years (Preferred)
- LEAN Implementation: 1 year (Preferred)
- ERP: 3 years (Preferred)
