SalaryWe are seeking an Online Community Manager to oversee our online communities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building relationships, fostering engagement, and amplifying our brand's presence on social media platforms. This role will work closely with the marketing team to execute strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving engagement, and cultivating a positive community environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and moderate our Online Community.
- Proactively engage with community members, respond to comments and messages, and foster conversations that reflect our brand voice and values.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and curate compelling content that resonates with the community.
- Monitor social media trends, user feedback, and community insights to provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Plan and assist with online social media campaigns, contests, and other initiatives to spark interaction and involvement within the community.
- Stay up-to-date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a social media manager or Community Manager, with a strong focus on Facebook and Instagram.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and community management tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse community members in a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented manner.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and campaigns tailored to specific audiences.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
