Salary: $25 - $29/hr DOE plus benefits

Are you a results-driven Digital Marketing maven with a proven track record in both B2B and B2C environments? Stimulus Technologies, a cutting-edge company at the forefront of technological innovation, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts and drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to our dedicated sales team. If you are passionate about driving growth, seizing opportunities, and achieving success, this could be the perfect role for you. You will be working directly with the CEO and our Content Marketing Manager execute on our overall marketing strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities:

As the Digital Marketing Managerat Stimulus Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in generating high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to fuel our sales pipeline. Your responsibilities include:

  • Website Management: Optimize our website to serve as a lead generation engine, ensuring a seamless user journey that converts visitors into MQLs.
  • Advertising and Retargeting: Develop and execute targeted digital advertising campaigns with a focus on generating MQLs. Implement retargeting strategies to maximize lead conversion, referrals, and customer retention.
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Lead our SEO efforts to increase organic visibility and drive qualified traffic that converts into MQLs. Stay abreast of industry trends and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to not only enhance brand awareness but also actively drive engagement and MQLs through compelling content.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation. Generate insightful reports to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

 

Qualifications:

In addition to the qualifications mentioned earlier, successful candidates will have a demonstrated ability to:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, with a focus on lead generation in both B2B and B2C environments. Proven success in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns that result in measurable Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
  • Lead Generation Expertise: A deep understanding of lead generation strategies, lead scoring, and lead nurturing. Demonstrated ability to implement and optimize lead generation funnels to drive conversions.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Proficiency in using analytics tools to gather insights, analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions. Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaboration Skills: Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, especially sales. Proven experience in aligning marketing strategies with sales objectives to drive lead quality and quantity.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems. Ability to leverage technology to streamline marketing processes and enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Innovative Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think creatively, stay updated on industry trends, and identify innovative approaches to generate Marketing Qualified Leads.
  • Project Management: Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and adapting to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, or related areas are a plus.
  • Adaptability: The digital landscape evolves rapidly, and the ideal candidate should demonstrate a willingness to adapt to emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in Digital Marketing.
  • Leadership Skills: While this is a mid-level position, the ability to lead and mentor junior team members, as well as collaborate with other departments, is essential for long-term success within our organization.

Results Expected:

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Increase Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) by 10% within the first six months.
  • Collaborate with the entire marketing and sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of leads, resulting in an improvement of the lead-to-opportunity conversion rate.
  • Increase engagement, visibility and usability of all the company's websites, social media platforms, and online advertisements to provide consistent information to leads, prospects, and clients -- compelling them to do business with Stimulus Technologies
