Online Engagement Specialist
Job Description
The Online Engagement Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, engaging with our audience across various digital platforms, and fostering meaningful relationships with customers, technicians, and distributors. This role requires a combination of technical savvy, communication skills, and a passion for renewable energy. The Online Engagement Specialist is the front-line resource responsible for supporting EG4 product users.
A successful candidate must be able to:
- Multitask: You will be required to handle multiple issues simultaneously while speaking with several people, and multiple companies
- Speak Professionally: Anytime you speak with customers, distributors, or technicians, you will be speaking on behalf of EG4.
- Provide Next Level Support: Responsible for driving solution implementation, providing proactive and reactive customer support on many public platforms.
- Monitor forums, social media accounts, and other relevant digital channels to identify brand sentiment.
- Respond to all comments and requests on time ensuring that our comments give value and build relationships with our customers.
- Stay up to date on audience engagement best practices
A successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong technical aptitude
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to critically analyze, research, and verify information through online resources, manuals, or with the R&D department.
- The ability to understand the business needs of an emerging company in a unique market segment and be able to adapt solutions to best fit those needs even though they may not be in scope or a singular product or offering.
- Experience with web and social media analytics and management tools
- Attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-task.
- The capability to demonstrate and exercise composure in high-pressure scenarios involving dissatisfied customers, showcasing self-control and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Previous Field Application experience is a plus!
Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is preferred. Willingness to earn PVA within the first 6 months.
- Experience with web and social media analytics and management tools
