Job Description:

We are seeking a full-time Online Community Manager. As a Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in cultivating and nurturing our Online Community, ensuring that it remains a welcoming and supportive space for all members. You will engage with our community members and promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere. You must have 3+ years of experience in community management to qualify for this role. Wisdo is headquartered in NYC, but this position can be remote within the U.S., with a strong preference for eastern or central time zones.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor community activity, respond to inquiries, and provide support to members as needed.
• Foster meaningful connections between community members by facilitating discussions and organizing community events and initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow and strengthen the community.
• Monitor trends and insights within the community to inform community strategies.
• Assist in executing engagement and retention strategies.
• Work with client success teams on presenting ongoing insights about community engagement, safety and improvements in health outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3+ years experience in community management or a related role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong empathy and understanding of mental health issues.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
