A day in the life as an Online Community Manager:

Imagine starting your day with the buzz of connections at your fingertips. One moment you're scheduling zoom calls for the month, the next you are using our previous training calls to create engaging content for our online communities, and finally you are supporting our community members via chat or email.

You'll be the orchestrator of the success of our members, by working hand in hand with our expert trainers to coordinate their schedules, get community members to show up to our online events, and to publish and distribute the training content that we create to our online communities.

And did we mention ChatGPT? Yes... it will be your best friend. Not only will you use it every day in your job, you'll also help us teach the world of workers how to use ChatGPT to be more efficient, effective, and powerful at work.

THIS IS A HYBRID JOB!

While you will do much of your work on your own schedule in your home office, you will be required to maintain an in office schedule to enable you to collaborate with the CEO to help us iterate and execute faster!

What it takes to be Successful as a Community Manager:

• A visionary mindset with a knack for seeing the bigger picture.
• Tech-savviness, especially with platforms like Circle.so, Zoom, SendFox, and ChatGPT.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage the beautiful chaos of a startup.
• The drive to self-direct and thrive in a dynamic environment.

The Minimum Requirements to be Considered:

• Proven ability to organize, strategize, and implement community initiatives.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new platforms.
• Independent work style with a collaborative spirit.
• No specific degree required; we're looking for potential, not paper.

What you'll need to learn in the first 90 days to excel at this job:

• Mastery of our technology stack and community platforms.
• Deep dive into our community's core needs and aspirations.
• The fine art of balancing strategic planning with spontaneous creativity.

Work Schedule & Location:

This is a hybrid role, blending the best of both worlds - part-time from our St. George, Utah office and part-time from your personal creative space.
