Jilly Bing is the company behind The Jilly Doll, the first of many dolls and characters to come celebrating Asian heritage. Jilly Bing’s mission is to reflect the many faces of Asian American children. We strive to be a trusted resource for adults as they teach children about cultural acceptance as well as Asian foods, holidays, and languages.

About You:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Online Community Manager to join our fast growing team and help grow our children's Toy Brand through active participation in various online communities and management of our social media channels.
You will be the primary point of contact for engaging with our audience, moderating discussions, and fostering a positive and interactive Online Community environment.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in Mom & parenting online groups, forums, and communities to represent our brand.
- Manage social media comments, ensuring positive brand image and timely responses.
- Foster engaging conversations aligned with our brand values.
- Act as a liaison, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Collaborate with teams to gather insights for marketing and product development.
- Act as the face and voice of our brand, embodying our values and maintaining consistency in communication across all channels.
- Additional marketing supports as needed (email, content, etc)
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills to craft engaging content.
- Excellent customer service skills for effective issue resolution.
- Proven experience in community or social media management, preferably in children's products.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and management tools.
- Genuine interest in children's products with a desire to make a positive impact.
- Remote: 5-10 hours per week
- Experience working with or knowledge of Parenting and/or Asian American community is a plus
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $19.32 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
