The Onboarding Coordinator, plays a pivotal role in facilitating the seamless integration of new clients or healthcare providers into our virtual healthcare platform. This role will be responsible for managing the onboarding process from initiation to completion, ensuring that all necessary steps are followed and that new hires receive the support they need to effectively utilize our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
New Hire Communication: Serve as a point of contact for new hires during the onboarding process. Communicate with them via email, phone, text or video conferencing to guide them through each step of the onboarding process.
Onboarding Coordination: Coordinate all aspects of the onboarding process, including gathering necessary documentation, equipment procurement, setting up accounts, configuring software settings, and providing training on platform usage.
Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all client/provider interactions and onboarding activities. Ensure that all documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory requirements. This includes creating, managing and maintaining contractor and advisor agreements.
Training and Support: Provide training sessions to clients/providers on how to use our technology platforms effectively. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
Process Improvement:. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline workflows.
Compliance: Ensure that all onboarding activities comply with relevant healthcare regulations, data privacy laws, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry
- 3+ years experience in a remote environment
- 3+ years experience working for a startup (strongly preferred)
- High degree of comfort with a variety of technologies
- Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with HR and healthcare regulations and compliance standards
