Days/Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hrs/wk
Essential Functions:
- Process all aspects of onboarding and new hire documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Manage the pre-employment screening process, email correspondences to prospective candidates.
- Schedule and attend interviews.
- Process new hire, and existing employee clearances, as well as new hire reporting.
- Create and maintain new hire, and existing employee personnel files.
- Assist the HR department with special projects as needed.
- Advertising and recruiting at local events.
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality standards
- Excellent communication (oral and written) skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability and a positive attitude
- Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Associates Degree or two years HR experience with High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Driver’s License
