Onboarding Coordinator

***PAID TRAINING***

Days/Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hrs/wk

Essential Functions:

• Process all aspects of onboarding and new hire documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
• Manage the pre-employment screening process, email correspondences to prospective candidates.
• Schedule and attend interviews.
  
• Process new hire, and existing employee clearances, as well as new hire reporting.
• Create and maintain new hire, and existing employee personnel files.
• Assist the HR department with special projects as needed.
• Advertising and recruiting at local events.

• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality standards
• Excellent communication (oral and written) skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability and a positive attitude
• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Associates Degree or two years HR experience with High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License
