Salary The Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic Medical Group is looking for a provider Onboarding Coordinator to join our Integration team!
The Onboarding Coordinator will be a key administrative facilitator for all new providers to the THMA Medical Group. Primary responsibilities will include administrative support of provider contracts, credentialing, and onboarding.
Coordinates provider contracting and onboarding process.
Serves as a liaison to legal and compliance departments to assure all documents are correctly executed and necessary documentation is on file.
Collaborates with medical staff office and payer credentialing to ensure on-time onboarding
Interfaces with physicians and physician advisors as necessary to complete due diligence and credentialing.
- HS Diploma required; Bachelors Degree Preferred
- 3-5 years progressive experience in healthcare with strong project management skills
- Experience working with management and physicians/advanced practice providers
- Experience working with onboarding, recruiting, and/or contracting
