In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing comprehensive support to our team members, ensuring a seamless onboarding process experience with various technical processes and tools. Los Alamitos OR Lakewood OR Placentia
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely helpdesk support, resolving technical issues for team members.
- Guide enrollment in Duo multifactor authentication and address related concerns.
- Assist in setting up new email accounts and provide access instructions.
- Execute tasks with precision, following written instructions.
- Offer excellent customer service support
- Uphold excellent customer service standards in all interactions.
Candidates for the Level 1 Technician position are ideally expected to possess 6 months - 1 year of experience in a helpdesk or customer support role, with a preference for experience within a healthcare or similar environment
Qualifications:
- Proven helpdesk or Technical Support experience.
- Familiarity with Duo multifactor authentication.
- Proficient in email setup and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently
