Job Details

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the field operations team (service and preventive maintenance).
• Utilize multiple monitoring platforms to schedule and dispatch service techs.
• Oversee preventative maintenance schedule and processes.
• Respond to escalated service calls.
• Main POC for customer escalations.
• Remotely troubleshoot and/or open case with vendor.
• Utilize company CRM systems to record progress of various tasks.
• Interface with other departments, Construction, Engineering, etc.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of solar/electrical service work, to include at least 2 years of commercial solar/electrical service work.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory/management experience in the solar or electrical field.
• Be proficient with troubleshooting tools such as a Digital Multimeter and Solar Monitoring Platforms.
• Be proficient with Microsoft Suite
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work primarily in an office setting
• When in the field, ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold, rain, crawl spaces, etc.)
• Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
• Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
• Must have a valid state driver's license
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
