Job description

BrioHealth Solutions Inc., Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented IT Helpdesk Support technician to join our team. The IT Helpdesk Support technician will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users in our Burlington, MA office and other remote office locations resolving their IT-related issues and ensuring that our Microsoft Endpoints and software run smoothly. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to communicate effectively, and work collaboratively with other members of the IT team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network-related issues
  • Document and track all incidents and service requests in the helpdesk ticketing system
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, Audio/Video equipment and other IT-related equipment
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on how to use various software applications and hardware devices
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure that all software and hardware licenses are up to date
  • Collaborate with other members of the IT team to identify and implement system improvements and upgrades
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in IT support and make recommendations for improvements
  • Occasional on-call and travel may be required


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in providing IT support to end-users
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Dell or HP laptops
  • Experience with Windows 10/11 operating systems, as well as common productivity and collaboration tools
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications including Microsoft Intune/Autopilot
  • Knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and VPN technologies
  • Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems and remote support tools
  • Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certifications are a plus
  • Working a hybrid schedule based out of our Burlington, MA office
