Job Description
A dental lab is looking for a candidate who can communicate respectfully with our customers. This requires telephone experience, basic computer skills, organization, and multi-tasking.
- Experience in Telephone Etiquette- transferring calls and communicating respectfully to our customers. Answering questions regarding estimated delivery dates, and relay questions to departments. Follow-through- with phone calls, calling customers back, till your task is completed.
- Read incoming orders, enter data correctly into the computer creating a work ticket.
- Packing small packages(less than a pound) for outgoing shipment(UPS, USPS) in an organized manner.
- Proactive in your training- fast learner able to jump in and help as a team player.
- Reliable- on-time, professional, & kind, and courteous to customers, works well with others, and is helpful.
- Knows the basics in Computer Skills and ability to learn. Data Entry.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and can work in a fast-paced working environment.
- Excellent time management skills and can make decisions quickly.
- You maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting.
Required:
- English speaking.
- Basic computer skills.
Compensation: Starting at $10-12/hr. Pay could be more based on your dental lab experience.
